Shipping Process

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing time may vary during busy periods.

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders over 1,499 TRY. Current promotions and shipping conditions will be displayed at checkout.

Return Conditions

You may return purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• The product tags must not have been removed.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Perfume products with opened, torn, or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for certain product categories.

Return Process

After submitting your return request, you may send the product back to us using our contracted courier company.

Once the product reaches us, the necessary inspections will be carried out. After the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect your package when receiving your order. If the package or product is damaged, you must ask the courier representative to prepare a damage report.

In the event of a missing product, please contact us as soon as possible.
